Due to the highly personalized nature of the work SHOWMAR Photography accepts a limited number of assignments. Please schedule well in advance to ensure the best selection of dates and times.
If you have a newborn and did not schedule prior to the birth, please inquire as we try to accommodate these sessions whenever possible.
Maternity and Infant sittings
I can come to you. There will be a mileage charge for travel outside of the West Pasco County area.
Weddings
We service Pasco, Pinellas and Herndando counties. Weddings outside of those areas will be charged a mileage fee. Please review our Wedding packages.
What to expect
Before The Session
A pre-session consultation is held before all sessions to discuss your vision with regards to poses, clothing and location options. This consultation can be held in person or over the phone. This consult helps facilitate a better portrait session by discussing your expectations and desires in advance. During this time, I am getting to know you, which helps me capture who you are!
A portrait agreement, and directions are emailed or mailed providing more information about your session as well as general business policies. You will also receive a list of suggested clothing, make-up and other tips to help you decide what to bring. The portrait agreement must be mailed back with the session fee to secure your date (or - we provide a PayPal button for your convenience).
Rescheduling
Life gets busy, things happen, kids get sick. If something should arise preventing you from making the session please contact the studio at least 24 hours in advance. Sick children make for unhappy subjects. If your child is sick please reschedule the session for when he is back to his/her old self. If your session is to take place outdoors and there is inclement weather, your session can be rescheduled for an alternate date and time.Your session fee will be applied to a rescheduled session only if 24 hour notice is given. No shows forfeit the session fee. The session fee will also be forfeited if a session is rescheduled more than once and a new session fee will be required to secure another session.
Your Photo Session
Sessions typically last between one to two hours, depending on the mood of the child, with unlimited images captured. I take a relaxed approach to photographing which puts everyone more at ease and makes it fun. Breaks for feedings, changing, having a snack or just to regroup is welcomed and expected. I typically book one session a day so the experience never feels rushed. After The Session. You will be presented with approximately 25-50 images in a private gallery within 2 weeks of your session. This makes it easy to share your images with family and friends. Your gallery will remain active for 2 weeks. Please use this time to narrow down your selection. The gallery can be republished for a $35 fee. You will be contacted at the end of the 2 weeks to discuss your order. This time allows us to place your order, go over the images you like, discuss your wishes regarding cropping, enhancing, retouching and sizing of photos. Orders must be paid in full before your order will be processed. Once ordered, prints will be available for pickup within 2 -3 weeks. Specialty items such as canvas gallery wraps and matting may take longer.
